“I found my way back to me”
After many years of survival mode and heavy pressure on myself, I’ve lost enthusiasm to homeschool. I was feeling depleted and looking for new direction. It was helpful to have support and perspective outside of my husband and family. Letting go of self driven pressure and guilt. Evaluating what was on my to (do) live list and why those things were there. Trying to put into perspective why I am doing or why I want to do the things on my list… It helped me to think about what’s essential and what’s not. And letting that pressure go… I’m feeling much more balanced. The coaching has helped to reassure my path and I find myself moving back into the space of doing things that I loved before becoming so burnt out.
